  • The United Kingdom:  7-12 Business Days with Standard Tracked Shipping
  • Europe (France, Spain & Poland):  7-12 Business Days with Standard Tracked Shipping
  • Europe (Germany, Italy, The Netherlands & Switzerland): 15-20 Business Days with Standard Tracked Shipping
  • Other European Countries: 20-30 Business Days with Standard Tracked Shipping
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15-25 Business Days with Standard Tracked Shipping

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed, printed, and shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive a shipping notification email after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide tracking for every order. We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number via your email 1-3 days after we have shipped your order. You can also track your order on our website.
