We offer worldwide delivery, so no matter where you are, you can shop with us!

Shipping Time & Fees

Most packages arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch. We ship locally from Canada, the US, UK, EU, and Australia, so orders within these regions arrive with no customs fees.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather may cause delays. While most packages will arrive on time, some delays may occur. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@sugarandcanvas.com, and we will investigate the situation promptly.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Unframed prints will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Framed orders take 1-5 business days for production. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

In certain circumstances, such as during holidays or periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of completing your payment, please contact us for assistance.

How Do I Track My Order?

We provide tracking information for every order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, typically within 48 hours after shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website.
