Return and Refund Policy

Not happy with your purchase? Worry not, your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we’re here to make it right!

We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed policy on all orders. Please contact us at support@sugarandcanvas.com, and we are more than happy to fix any issues you may have.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be Eligible for a Return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to our print houses. All returns must be sent to our design studio in Canada.

Return Shipping

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: We will cover the return shipping cost fully.
  • Other Returns: You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs through your chosen shipping provider.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed for production. If you need to make modifications, change the address, or cancel, please contact us right away at support@sugarandcanvas.com. We will do our best to make modifications to your order, but if your order has already been placed in processing, it can no longer be modified.

Refund 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about your refund status. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and credit card company first, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@sugarandcanvas.com.

Exchanges 

If you need a different item than what you originally purchased, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item: Contact us to return the product you no longer want, following our return policy guidelines.

  2. Place a new order: Once your return is processed, simply place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Damaged/ Incorrect Order

While we strive to ensure high product quality and accuracy, mistakes can happen. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please send a clear photo of the item(s) and your order number to support@sugarandcanvas.com. Once we verify the issue, we’ll send you a replacement immediately.

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days of placing your order, please contact support@sugarandcanvas.com, and we’ll promptly address the issue. Shipping times can vary for certain countries, and we’re always working to improve shipping speeds worldwide.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the cost of the item, but not shipping. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
