We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. We deliver worldwide - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! Our package delivers within 2-7 days to most countries (ships locally from 32 countries). We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 USD; If your order total is less than that, shipping costs $4.99 USD flat fee.
We have partnered up with fulfillment partners which allows our prints to be produced and shipped locally in 32 countries (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States). If you are located in a country where we have not established a production center, you will be able to receive your order promptly from the nearest location.
We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Our standard packaging for posters is: Flat for posters up to A4; Tube for posters above A4
Some exceptions are: Tube with shipping roll in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT; Triangular/rectangular boxes in the US, Canada and Brazil
Your order has been dispatched, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system. In some cases, tracking information won't load in a timely manner. If your order has a tracking number but has not yet updated, please be assured that you will be taken care of. It is our responsibility to take good care of you and we take that responsibility very seriously.
We provide tracking for every order. We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1-3 days after we have shipped your order via email. You can also track your order on our website.
We ship locally from 32 countries, so for most US/CA/UK/EU/AU orders, there will be no customs fees. If you are located in a country where we have not yet established a production center, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Within 30 days of receiving your item, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please review our Refund Policy and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send you detailed instructions.
Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, damaged, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to correct your order as soon as possible.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. A confirmation is sent when your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
