No, we’ve got you covered. Your order will not be impacted by the recent U.S. Import Tariffs. We’re absorbing any additional fees, and we will not be raising our prices due to tariffs. What you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay. No hidden charges, and no surprise fees when your order arrives.
We use different packaging depending on the size of your art print. Our standard packaging for art prints is: Flat for prints up to A4, tube or triangular box for prints above A4.
After your order is dispatched, it can take up to 24-72 hours for the tracking information to show up in the tracking system. If your tracking information still does not load after 72 hours, please reach out to us and we will look into it promptly.
We provide tracking for every order. We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1-3 days after we have shipped your order via email. You can also track your order on our website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Within 30 days of receiving your item, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please review our Refund Policy and contact us at support@sugarandcanvas.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and provide detailed instructions on returning your order.
To exchange your item for a different size or style, please return the original order following the return instructions above and place a new order for the correct item.
Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, damaged, and/or defective.
